ReWork App Prototype | Week 5

Week Overview:

Research continued and I initiated the transition from user modeling to user testing. Wireframes were started, focusing on three key user tasks: Buy an item, sell an item, add an item to a wishlist.

The initial wireframe sketches focused on the three aforementioned tasks, helping to work out any initial bugs that I may have missed in the conceptual stages of the product. These sketches were informally shown to a two users, Benny Stiemsma and Jacob Martinez. Users noted a lack of easily-accessible messaging icon, and also exhibited confusion at the dropdown functionality of the filters function in the “buy” tab. Users did, however, indicate an appreciation for the gallery layout of the app.

From these innitial wireframe sketches, a more legitimate set of lo-fi wireframes were constructed in adobe illustrator for broader user testing. Once again, these wireframes focused on the three tasks: Buy, sell, and add to wishlist.
